Come and join me for an 8 week Yoga Wellness Program at Dynamic Martial Arts at Forest Hill Chase. This program will introduce you to the myriad of benefits of a yogic lifestyle and attitude to life. These techniques and philosophy are ancient practices to improve overall wellness, weight management, depression, anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, pain management, breathing, focus, confidence, self discipline and motivation as well as achieve a greater level of consciousness and awareness. Group sessions available will again be available at Dynamic Martial Arts located at Forest Hill Chase, The Loft, Level 3 Entertainment level (Near Hoyts and the Groove Train).
